Here's a holiday twist on your morning protein smoothie:

"Peppermint" Smoothie

1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 serving Vanilla Protein Powder (I use Shaklee 180)
3 drops Peppermint extract
2-3 pkts Stevia or sweetener of choice (or to taste)
5-10 Ice cubes
4 oz Cold water

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until desired consistency. Enjoy this minty, healthy holiday treat!
